I believe the best way to get a deal is to lead with a direct mail campaign and use all the other channels as follow up to each batch of mail.My direct mail campaign would look like this: Week 1: Send out your mail to your listWeek 1: (Optional) Start targeting your prospects with online adsWeek 2: Call up all your prospects to follow up the mailWeek 3: Send text messages to all the prospectsWeek 4: Leave voicemails (whenever possible)Week 5: Send out second batch of direct mailFollowing a schedule like this should yield quick results.Hope this helps.

Or, you can pay datazapp.com $250 up front and you can get 6,000 (which is less emails that you get for $125 two times), but the big advantage is you can get small batches like only 300 records 20 times in one month until you reach your 6,000.Again, I have my own priority software for bulk emails.

I like Behr self priming Swiss Coffee, sold at HomeDepot... premixed, always in stock, always very consistent from one bucket to the next for touch ups and does not fail when properly applied.edit: missed the part about not white enough...use Ultra Pure White by same manufacture...premixed...always better to go premixed, as I find it most consistent from one batch to the next, so touch ups are less noticeable
