@Samuel TobyI have investments in Barrie, Kitchener and I have owned in Guelph and Cambridge.All of these are good for Long term growth due to the continued immigration into these popular cities in Ontario.As for Cashflow, you will have to do the numbers and make sure that you have accounted for all of the expenses.Best of Luck and if you want to talk about any of these cities - just send me a private message.

@Ismail N farah I'd suggest talking to someone at your local bank to find out what the rules are as I'm guessing you aren't a Canadian citizen (you said you were from Boston originally) and your immigration status may play a role.
