New Member in New Jersey

Hello all,

Very new to property investing in the US, with a minor amount of experience from the UK. At this point, I’m just trying to learn as much as possible before getting started. 

Currently looking at various markets and getting a read of things. 

It would be great to hear anyone’s stories of investments in New Jersey and specific challenges they’ve faced. Or alternatively, if anyone has been based in NJ and invested elsewhere.
