Get away undisturbed for a weekend?

So my first step will be to read and hopefully find a good mentor that will benefit from someone willing to work nights and weekends to help in their ventures while I learn along the way.  

Additionally, some tenants are probably getting away since I can only show on the weekends.

Get it fixed up and back on market as soon as you can, for us this has meant working evenings and weekends to do so or spending extra money here and there to bring in someone else to do certain things (depends on which you value more...your time or your money).And curb appeal!

Hello BP,Can a state exam be taken on a weekend?

I've sent out mailers, started attending REIA meetups, called homeowners, and this weekend I actually started visiting houses I'd like to invest in.  

I have a few deals available to me and I am flying down this weekend to inspect the market more thoroughly on the ground.

My wife and I looked at a multi family this weekend and are on the fence about purchasing it.

The house we live in right now fell out of escrow the Tues before Thanksgiving, we almost did a showing on Thanksgiving but got in on the Friday after thanksgiving, we had an offer in over the weekend and had the house under contract within the week.What we find is during the holidays, sellers are motivated, and buyers are usually less active.
