On the pother hand, did your co-worker never got suspicious that his range took forever to warm up?

@David Stone you can talk with neighbors (if you can trust them) and have them keep an eye on the place for suspicious activity and to call police. 

I got suspicious and called the tax office.

There was no indirect evidence of major foundation issues except for the usual thin cracks in drywall here and there and some of the doors look like they were 'trimmed' a bit to make them close.But i am suspicious about the foundation work that was done.  

I didn't get any suspicious gut-feeling from the conversation, which is why I'm now considering it and trying to do some research first. 

Other flippers may assume there is something wrong/suspicious going on here....

There may be no problem here, but unless this place is new, very large, and has a bundle of amenities, I'd be suspicious. 

I'm generally suspicious after attending the free intro course, but if the program follows through as advertised, I think it'd be a great step for myself and for my family.

I'd be suspicious that the seller is trying to bury something in there.
