The one exception will be in some of the southside areas just outside the perimeter in some spots and of course some of the intown areas, in particular the west side.

If his criminal record is within perimeters,  that some around the country are now having to consider, you could make permit him to move in.

The funny part is he said all this to my realtor thinking he was the investor and I was just some "punk sidekick".It was an odd situation all around... the house next door had "heavy" security and a ton of cameras all along the perimeter, but they were the nicest people and apologized for the inconvenience.

For comparison:Currently working on a 1350sf SFR, needs full perimeter excavation and foundation repair, tear down garage and rebuild (including footings), driveway remove and replace, gut kitchen and 2 bathrooms, minor wall repairs, paint, flooring and light fixtures, new electrical panel, furnace and air conditioning replacement.Total rehab cost is $56,000.I couldn't imagine your property needing more work than this, which leads me to believe that you're contracting your repairs out at a cost that prices you out of the property. 

I didn't send them that listing because it didn't fit the perimeters they provided to me... but when they asked to see it I showed it.
