It depends on a whole host of factors, but you can be assured that if the person sizes you up as someone who doesn’t know anything, you will be taken to the cleaners.

If you don't have similar standards don't live with them or roll a cleaner into the rent. 

Does anyone have a cleaner they recommend for doing cleaning/turnover?

It will make it more convenient for you cleaners and other vendors.

A reputable cleaner will ensure your unit gets cleaned hell or high water.

We always request that they be handled outside of closing to provide a cleaner settlement statement for the 1031. 

It's a little colder on the feet but ultimately new tenants moving in they feel the home is cleaner not having someone else's dirt in the carpet. 

A quick text to the cleaners and it’s done.

In short, for those of us following standard procedures of having cleaners wipe down all surfaces between weekly turnovers the risk to the average guest (even in a space where an infected individual just left) is still likely quite minimal.  

I answered by stating our cleaners make every effort to clean thoroughly.
