Be sure when you do your search you find a company that has on-line access to your account, ACH deposits for your distributions, and as much visibility via electronic means as you can imagine.Thanks for Serving!

I now use an electronic payment service (rentpayment.com) and encourage all of my tenants to use it (I pay ACH fees, so they pay the same rent as sending a check).  

I have some elder tenants that dial up their credit union every month and pay $25 to wire rent because their credit union claims not to do ACH!?

It is disappointing if it goes away because it works much better then just getting them to do ACH.

Quickbooks doesn't provide all the things that attract tenants to your property either like ACH payments, online portal, online maintenance tracking, etc.  

I went to place my deposit via ACH and I see the deadline to make deposits was a few days ago.

This is why it is important to not do these transactions in large amounts so that you will not raise suspicion and cause you head aches you dont need.

Similar situation; remote LTR, nice couple with not great credit couldn't get their ACH payment to go through for rent and deposit.

Are these chargebacks from debit cards, credit cards, or ach?
