Went to a small private christian college in kansas, parties were to be had for sure.Found another today, 1995 built 3/4 (easy to make 4/4) in cherry creek schools, close to southlands mall, $140k purchase, $5-7k to make it rentable (light cosmetics, carpet, paint, appliances), rents for $1500/monthYou may be looking in the wrong area?
