I've personally house-hacked a 4 unit that I still self manage with a combo of Market Rate & Section 8 Renters.
I also self manage an Airbnb property out of state, so I can absolutely help motivated clients do that locally, and setup systems to earn their time back.

Who am I NOT best for:... Flippers looking for off market properties, most of the deals I'm seeing locally don't have enough margin for hiring a GC unless you go directly to the seller.
I can list properties for top dollar all day long, but finding these high margin flips is not my specialty. Multifamily is a different story.
