I've personally house-hacked a 4 unit that I still self manage with a combo of Market Rate & Section 8 Renters. I also self manage an Airbnb property out of state, so I can absolutely help motivated clients do that locally, and setup systems to earn their time back. Established investors I often help analyze their portfolio and determine if any properties are worth selling to 1031 into something larger or higher quality. The most important thing is to create an investing strategy that aligns with both your personal and business goals and this is what we love to help clients do! Who am I NOT best for:... Flippers looking for off market properties, most of the deals I'm seeing locally don't have enough margin for hiring a GC unless you go directly to the seller. I can list properties for top dollar all day long, but finding these high margin flips is not my specialty. Multifamily is a different story.
