getting started
hello. for the pasted year or so i have been wanting to invest in rental properties. i have been researching, reading books, ect in this. i live in harford county, md. i want to start out buying houses and renting them for now. what do you guys feel is the best way to get started into investing? what do you feel its better to buy starting out fore-closed homes, re-hab homes, ect? any and all input would be great and thanks ahead of time.
btw my credit is alittle below or at 800 now and i do have start up money.
