Spent entire month enjoying cooler areas.

It can be a cooler if someone wanted it. 

More of a quiet community for those who love cooler weather, hiking, kayaking, peace and love.  

Just FYI, windchill is -20 in Omaha today, so just a tad cooler than AZ, I imagine

Thus far how an HVAC system (i.e. my second/third floor is cooler because the vents are wide open in the first floor and the system doesn't have enough pressure to push further up which results in calls to management, follow-up from us, etc.).Vacancy (not yet, but from what I hear from others) - but WHY the vacancy (job loss, moving, etc.)Thanks!!!

You don’t have the diversification of many properties and many rentalsRenting out a property STR when you are on the premises radically reduces these risksI no longer rent my properties for anything less than 12 month lease with very deep background checks and relatively high security deposits ( my properties are high end)However, I do rent though AirBNB for three months every summer when I leave for cooler climes.

So we kept working & then we heard the woosh/splatter of the toilet flushing a 'number two' down onto the newly sanded but not yet stained oak living room floors & all over the beer cooler & tools.

Northern Florida get a lot more seasonal changes, cooler winters etc.
