Graduate School in OMAHA / Looking for FIRST SFH there
Hey guys! First post here. A little about me:
I am a 28 y/o registered nurse preparing to attend graduate school for nurse anesthesia. I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast in 2018 and am hooked. My wife is self employed as a personal trainer/entrepreneur and we both love learning about real estate like everyone else on this forum.
My wife and I are seriously looking into a school in Omaha and are looking to buy our first SFH there, with plans to turn it into our first rental after I graduate. We want a value add that we can hire a contracter to rehab before we move there for school. Papillion and La Vista look nice but I am definitely open to any good neighborhoods! I wanted to just post this because @brandonturner says to tell EVERYONE about your plans and put it into the universe. Hoping to connect with you all!!
