BiggerPockets has some easy to read ones you can start with - click on LEARN at the top of the webpage and look for books. 

My concern would be whether any buyers would be able to get financing, since lenders look at the functionality of a COA as a factor in lending (a greater extent in some case, a lesser extent in others, but all at least ask for information....).If you are still deciding and need to nail down the question of the diversification of ownership, I recommend going to the tax assessor's Web page and seeing if there is a "subdivision" filter that you can use.

Your "Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods" is, hands down, the most useful web page I have ever run across.

The DRE's webpage on the topic doesn't specify anything CPA-related as qualifying for the experience requirement.

Their webpage you should be able to see how big they are in their pictures.

That does not appear to be the case in the Seattle Housing Authority web page.

Greetings, when researching online, i came across a nugget that typically deductible closing costs can only be deductible on mortgages that are 30 years or less, but I can no longer find that web page! 

We've been getting a deluge of questions around this....in either case, use the official webpage HERE to see what potential rents are.
