Can anyone recommend a structured course on learning how to properly invest in real estate including how to analyze information to determine a good or bad investment? I’m a complete novice and still working on saving up enough capital to invest. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I would recommend reading the bigger pockets book Retire Early With Real Estate. It was instrumental in getting me started.
