You might have a harder time if you are looking for blue chip properties near Boston or in HI it might be a bit tougher with the high prices.  

That leads to a tougher market to find a great deal.We here in central Florida are having to work harder to find our deals, but they haven't disappeared.

It will cost you more to put it in and because they are newer, it can be tougher and more expensive to get parts if something happens. 

The county has it assessed at 104k which makes it tougher to get people to talk about 165.

Middle units are tougher, you can be crossing lot's of joists.A common way to do this without simply cutting out the whole path and drilling the joist (or cat) is to cut out like a 5x5 of plaster, notch the joist just deep enough for the cable, fish the cable through, then cover it with steel nail protection plate.

It is tougher to justify hiring it out when a 30 minute pipe-snaking job costs $300.

One thing that you may consider is that in Colorado, it is tougher to find the kind of properties that you might need to find to generate huge levels of cash on cash return.
