These things sneak up on you, and if god forbid something big happens like a busted pipe in the water line, you can't leave your tenants hanging for months while you come up with the money for a repair.

I can't recommend any brokers to hang your license with but stick with it.

It Doesn't mention anything about a closet....but I'm sure there is some other code, law, statue ect. that gives a definition of a bedroom which appraisers hang their hat on.
