Do I need a diff. license(not salesperson) for Commercial in NJ

I have just finished taking my Salesperson exam in NJ(I passed thank gosh!), and I am currently looking for a brokerage to sponsor/hang my license. I have no real intention of being an agent, as an investor, I just want access to the MLS in my area and to save a percent or two on commissions of our buying and selling.

I am personally very interested in the commercial aspects of real estate and investing, and was wondering if I could be sponsored by a commercial brokerage, or if I would have to have a different license to do so.  I think it would be great to learn about commercial deals in my area, and how commercial investors and agents operate.

Any tips to help me along here would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You!
