For what it's worth, I worked for the federal prosecutor's office during law school, but also support the Innocence Project, and in general think we sometimes overdo punishment, esp for non violent convictions.With that said, 1994 conviction and then a 2014 conviction is a big red flag.

If you're looking for a more permanent home later, consider areas that are not just tourist-oriented but have good schools and community resources, which can be more appealing for long-term living.

I am really motivated now for one as a teacher its getting worse every year and I spent 3 days in hospital and 6 weeks out of school because I was breaking a high school fight.

I joined bigger pockets a while back but had to focus on paying my way through school and passing a dual major in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science Engineering.

My rent is what 1 bedroom apartments are charging since it's in a nice suburb with great schools.
