It's been my experience that people say their "Oohs" and "Ahhs" over nice kitchens with a stainless fridge with French doors. 

I leave my incoming tenants a case of water in the fridge and a gift card to a local sandwich or pizza shop. 

This 3 Bedroom / 2.5 bath home comes with a series of upgrades including: distressed wood flooring, custom lighting, granite countertops throughout the house, custom paint, new dual pane windows and sliding door, custom tile work, built-in audio system in master bedroom and living room, stainless steel appliances, built-in wine fridge, washer / dryer, and so much more!

If there is no power to the top unit, how is the fridge working and how is the unit considered habitable from the city's perspective?

I am new out of state investor, just bought SFH with tenants.I was just informed that the Stove and the fridge are not functioning properly. 

Stainless fridge is $700-900 25cf side by side or $1100-1200 French door.

Because if you depend on your tenants for maintenance then you are asking for your houses to be condemned with black mold, your lawn to look red as ham and coils in your fridge and ac to look like the abdominal snow man.

I have the sink, is a mini fridge sufficent.. do I need a full size fridge, stove/oven ??

My bigger houses have 2 washers/dryers/fridges.

Mostly tolerable, except there is a child who periodically gallops the length of the house for up to 30 mins at a time.Dish detergent and body wash seem to be watered down.One, repeat 1, towel each for 2 people for 9 days. 2 rolls of TP.No house manual /house rules.At least it's better than the one in Chicago last year with a giant hair clog in the shower drain and tons of disgusting leftovers in the fridge (and lots more stuff).
