Stove and fridge - owner responsibility

Hi there!

I am new out of state investor, just bought SFH with tenants.

I was just informed that the Stove and the fridge are not functioning properly.

Must I provide those as the owner, or should I? If so, do you have any recommendations for buying those(type, model or anything that you find valuable)?

Thank you very, very much!

It is very strange that they both stopped working at the same time. I would send out a repair guy before buying new. If you buy new, you can buy online at Lowe's.com and have them deliver to the property.
