Maybe its the chemicals I breath from the chem trails Monsanto puts in the air?

I won't hold my breath though ;) lol @Brandon Turner -- I was reading through the Beginner's Guide last week but I actually came across your "7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth" book on RealEstateInYourTwenties and loved it!

Everyone, I'm very happy to have found this site that has people who love and breathe real estate.

But his list was a huge breath of reassurance for me, and his story was almost as if I was writing it three years later (or so I hope) from when he did.  

I want to eat and breath real estate. 

I know many have tried and not done too well as yet, but I'm still holding my breath with the hopes that an amazon type comes in and finally disrupts things a bit. 

For some tenants it was a breath of fresh air and their desire to stay in the community and contribute in a positive way as great tenants made the transition for us favorable as well.

I always consider from ground zero to "I can breath easy" should take about 5 years on your first go round.

We now own our Duplex 5 days and we have not even caught our breath.  

It must breath to keep dry.
