It drives up prices and expectations from sellers for those of us that are out there actually looking to buy them, but more importantly it can really royally screw a distressed seller thinking they have their house sold in a tight situation and you don't perform.

They let her go early on her last day, whats funny is as soon as she got home we went down to the county records and started pulling probate files.now I can't go on vacation for a year, but I have enough on my plate that as long as I don't royally screw things up, I'll never have to get a job working tow trucks again!

I think they may be in a another publication / other publications in Ontario ...In NB they are listed in the Royal Gazette (there are only ever 3 - 6 per week).Perhaps @Claude Boiron has the answer more readily accessible?
