Nothing happened.

I realize I sent contract during thanks giving.

So I wait a few days. I sent contract again.

Peoples fight over contract.

Someone puts deposit down  immediately.

I saiys. You win.

We close

I am money Rich!

Now I am Off to florida to violate my grape vines

I thought it was a bit obvious that the grammar was done so purposely. See when it comes to investing and money everyone is so damn serious. Seems like I am the only goofball on bp.

Also this is a filter. Honesty intelligence and sense of humor often come paired. I am trying to connect with people with these traits to do business with. Anyone that gets this sense of humor will probably reach out to me and connect. Those that don't get it I don't want to be involved with. I seem like just a wild gun.  however everything I do has a specific purpose including ranking on Google. 

More than half the people of my buyers list that are very serious came from BiggerPockets. More specifically from my goofball Antics and behavior here that is giving me a lot of attention.

So no you can not please everybody and not everybody is going to like you but please please please ask me if I care. No no no ask me please!!
