My name is Robert and I've spent a few weeks just reading as much information as the site can let me, and thought now is the time to introduce myself as I attempt to form connections and learn even more.I currently live in the Eastern part of Nashville, TN and I'm super excited about the growth and opportunity the city's had over the past few years.

As far as the conference goes, I learned a lot from the 3 day Rich Dad workshop when I was getting started.

Look up @Ann Bellamy and @Mike Hurney they put on great REIA's in central and eastern Mass.

I was thinking of making the 1st floor conference room available on an appointment basis to the (probable) 7 separate tenants on the top floor, that way they could meet with an elderly client on the 1st floor.
