I think if you could actually persuade somebody into this type of deal, it would be dishonest and you might even find a lawsuit on your hands.

Once you learn how to be a PM, you can partner with a broker and branch out.The hardest thing to find is a good PM in real estate, lots of dishonest ones that screw their customers.
