Have you ever done a deal with a dishonest seller? below are a small slice of my experience.

I have just completed a deal for 3 condo's, However the deal was done with one of the dirtiest, scumbag, low-life degenerate pieces of crap to ever walk the earth. This guy is a lier and a cheat and a slumlord. After talking to him on the phone I feel dirty and need to take a shower. He is one of the most horrible human beings to ever walk this earth. He has consistently tried to rip me off and steal money out of my pocket.

First, he was suppose to deliver one the apartments vacant, then he told me that I should keep the tenant that was living in the apartment at the time because the tenant is a good guy. Turns out the tenant was not even paying him rent. The tenant was delinquent on paying his rent. The tenant a week before closing was arrested for assault and resisting arrest and charged with a felony.

Second, once we finally closed he owed me $130 dollars at the closing from rent he collected from one of the other tenants. He acted like keeping my portion of the money was not a big deal. He was supposed to cut me a check which as you can probably guessed, I have not received.

Third, we closed at separate locations and when I tried to pick up the keys, he stated his office was closed and he would not be available to turn over the keys.

This has been one of the worse experiences I ever had dealing with a seller.
