However after further consideration I conclude the following:1) you’re not a youngster just coming out of college, you’re a seasoned successful physician, you should be beyond worrying about their negative comments2) it’s understandable that people who presumably care about your welfare are concerned when you tell them you’re going to leave medical practice, that profession is considered among the most desirable to attain3) they’ll come around when they see it’s working4) change the topic if you don’t like where the conversation’s going, your convictions are your convictions and not everyone will understand

As you bring on more units and you have a more diverse tenant base, not meaning race, but age, you will find that older people generally prefer to pay one way and the youngsters another and the large group in the middle will be pretty uniform.

The nice part of being the old man in the room is I can just plug along on my path and don't even desire to play the game hard like you young bucks and does do.I can invest in single family for all cash in B - C areas for cash flow and you youngsters can tell me how much more I could make with leverage in multi family and I can just turn down my hearing aids and chuckle.

Hondas do make for great work vehicles, especially when hauling a washing machine :wink: I did see this one time; as a youngster I worked at Lowes and helped people load heavy merhandise.
