Depending one one’s personality, they may be driven by recurring accomplishments which are usually possible at the workplace (because there are daily or weekly issues/problems that need to be resolved and those bring a sense of accomplishment.

I'm in luck because it's right by my workplace. 

As far as my needs go: After 1 year: I would like to be making at least 75k per year, not work more than 35 hours a week, maintain enough mobility that I will be able to travel from my workplace to another city for up to 2 weeks before returning to my workplace. 

But people, by and large, like to complain, and to those, I have little interest or patience.There are really two types of people in the workplace I have found.

If they are making a good living and visible tats are not a factor in their workplace, not sure why it matters.
