I don't have a clue as to websites, but you may have problems using "We Buy Houses" in you name or you site as I believe it is a registered trade mark under a franchise.

Like:Homes, Tenants, Repairs LLCDeep Pockets CapitalIt Broke Again Construction Don’t Sue Me LLCHappy Landlord AssociationLunch Money Capital None are trademarked but if you pick one of these let me know.

What happened to my trademark of the sun shining  through the storming clouds, I thought that said more than my face could.....besides, I can go clubbing without being recognized...LOL

Even then, I've seen some real good bogus letters with all the official, trademarked and copy-written logos and what-not and wasn't worth the paper it was printed on.Even so, There are some legit deals that are being made everyday between a wholesaler and a seller where both are happy with the result.

Five or ten units with too much mix and match and your garage will get full of paint cans and you will need your own catalog to track it...even if you use two colors maybe stick with those in your rentals, a trademark...I would think efficiency and not hgtv...

At the end of the day it's not really the logo or trademark that sets you apart. 

We are hopeful and expectant that this use was a mistake and you would not intentionally infringe on a federal trademark.
