Hello:

My name is Christopher Purnell, and I am a small construction & remodeling business located in New York City. I am a male, 32, hoping to one day be a flipper, but right now currently seeking a partner who would be willing to purchase foreclosed or distressed properties that I locate, fix them up, assist in the sale and split the profits. :roll:
