@Adam Haman to go beyond  ten you have to go with cash, private funds, or commercial loans. banks and credit unions do not limit the number of loans when they do commercial loans. the tems are less favorable, higher rates and shorter terms. cedit unions call the loans business loans which are secured by real estate.
