Hi!  I am interested in buying a leasehold property on Oahu as an investment property.  I have a have some questions:

What fees are there when purchasing a leasehold property other than the purchase price?

How do you run the numbers on a leasehold property?

Is there a REA on Oahu that you recommend?

Thank you SO much for your help!!

Aloha Elin,

I have several Lease Hold properties that do very well as STRs.  As stated above, by many others, there are many risk but many possible rewards as well.

If there is a property in Waikiki that you are possibly looking into I would be happy to walk you through the pros and cons.

Feel free to PM me.
