Good morning!

Just joined up as I've been investing the hard way (alone, based on my own ideas) for about 5 years now. I've had good success but am about to plateau at 10 mortgages and am trying to decide whether to push forward from there, and how. Any suggestions?

I am a licensed Realtor in the Denver metro area (10 yrs) and have a great mind for numbers. How can I help you?

@Adam Haman to go beyond  ten you have to go with cash, private funds, or commercial loans. banks and credit unions do not limit the number of loans when they do commercial loans. the tems are less favorable, higher rates and shorter terms. cedit unions call the loans business loans which are secured by real estate.
