Looking back at my records, I realized I never received their proof of renters insurance, which was a requirement in the lease.For the past month, I’ve been reaching out via calls, texts, and emails, but I either get no response or they keep pushing it off with no clear timeline of when they’ll provide it.

I receive emails from them after they acquired some other company that did the same thing.

As I'm looking over their explanation I notice that I am being charged 8% of the rent received from CMHA. 8% from the rent the tenant pays and another 8% of the water bill which the tenant pays. 

I can’t say enough about the support I received and the quality of the mentors.
