Not sure about the context here... a W-2 and 6 rentals might seem steep... but were there a bunch of hair on your rentals?

Some people are allergic to rabbit hair so I would need to get the air ducts and entire house deep cleaned if the tenant moves out.

If your current floor was peel & stick, you could easily use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive of the damaged tiles, lift them up and drop in new replacement tiles.
