Always recommend doing a soft-pull especially since not sure exactly when you'd find a property but you can get qualified and get some estimates.

It's very likely they saw the inside condition of the unit before you purchased it and they have the right to inspect.

The automated systems do not account for the interior condition of properties, so they're not especially reliable. 

Again this is based on no major renovation/improvements if the house was acquired in bad condition.
