Am I in trouble from HOA company?

Tina Lee
Posted

I bought an old condo, and had my handyman and his guys went to do some work at house. Painting and floor installation and new kitchen cabinate. Now the job is almost done and management company is asking me for work compensation and insurance say I have un-authorized job done.  What’s my best option to argue there. I can just say I only paint the wall with my friend and paint the floor and paint kitchen cabinate. What else can I do in this case to dispute or to make things easy now that I already renovated the apartment. Any experience ?

thank you
