Hello everyone, I am brand new in the wholesaling business and I am looking to build my team of loyal and trust worthy people.

It sounds like I still have some thinking to do in terms of my level of commitment, but once I identify a property then I would need an agent and a property manager who are trustworthy and capable. 

Find a team specific to a area you like, and get a trust worthy group looking out for what you want.

If it is the latter then you must find a trust worthy property PM company.

I am not looking for a unicorn but rather a reliable, trustworthy turnkey company that can deliver a product in a professional manner. 

However the challenge of finding a really trustworthy and reliable provider who also has decent cash flowing deals available has gotten a lot more challenging than it was even 18 months ago. 

I assume that interested buyers would love to have a trustworthy builder to build for them (unless they want to land bank and sell in a few years at a much higher price).

Make sure you have a good collateral and investing with some one who is trustworthy, experienced, etc.

What makes most sense for you and who do you feel is trustworthy and honest. 

He's not always the cheapest but he is very trustworthy on what exactly needs to be done.
