Why pay high rent or a high mortgage for a tiny house close to work.2.

Some exceptions can be large flippers who have the process down but that is a teeny,tiny overall part of the real estate market.I have more of a specialized niche.

Many tiny guys are shorting too however this set up existed pre coron.

If there were  tiny baby in the mix , I seem to recall there could be protections for the baby not to count as an occupant?

This property is a cabin, but doesn't qualify for traditional lending, as it's a sort of tiny home /park model built on a chassis, however we would own the lot.The current owner states 2019 rents were about $10k (via VRBO, AirBnB, etc).

Look into properties that have room to build another unit, a garage you rent as storage, maybe add a tiny home to the backyard or something.

Those seem TINY.

You should build a tiny home village and rent them out as vacation rentals.
