I have been working on the Boise market for awhile now and I have had a hard time getting deals. I have received 2 deals in 6 months. What are you doing to find deals? Or are you having a hard time finding deals in Boise as well?

hi @Zach Rucker - Most of my buyer investors have pivoted to single family.  We have conservative returns - but our investors believe in the future of our area.  Last multi-family we made an offer on had 8 offers on it, and that is fairly normal.  It is kind of nuts!
