Saying there are three people living there when only one is on the lease is good to know, but hard to prove; getting video documentation of three people consistently entering/exiting the property substantially alleviates that difficulty.During your due diligence process, you probably obtained a copy of the existing tenant's lease to review.

Plus, it leaves a lot of stains and needs to be consistently cleaned especially near water. for lighting it's really important what kind of temperature color you choose.

We also have consistent 5 star reviews across our MTM and the past week I've lowered the price to almost at cost but no solid leases yet just inquiries.Where else can we cross list and still get quality tenants?
