Hi! It's Brandon.

I am always looking for fix and flip opportunities. We have bought 19 properties in 2024 so far. I always try to connect with local wholesalers to get on their distribution lists. I've got cash ready to buy a few more this month. My buy box consists of a 2 bed/1 bath minimum property within 45 minutes of Raleigh, NC. I buy single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and mobile homes. If you come across off-market deals and we're still not connected, please shoot me a message. Or, if you know someone who does, please let me know. I can put you on our referral system where the referrer gets paid whenever we close a deal with the referee.

Thank you!
