In a way it makes sense that I don't need one however, last week at my local real estate investors meeting we had a CPA quest speaker whose main topic was real investors (he is an investor himself) and taxes.

I have read a book entitled "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson (Motivational speaker).

The array and depth of concepts that are revealed through your conversations with esteemed guest speakers is in one word: Awesome.

They usually have guest speakers on subjects relating to RE investing.
