My name is William Escobar and I am from Burbank, CA. I am completely new to the field of real estate investing. I recently attended a three day workshop about the basics of real estate investing, rehabbing, wholesaling, and rental properties. I am currently a freelance camera operator and photographer, but my goal is to be a full time real estate investor within the next two years.
