Connecticut notice to quit?

Anybody know if I can deliver this myself or if it has to go through the courts? My tenants are clearly avoiding me at this point and I'm learning as I go and learning not to let it go any longer. Already have a good real estate lawyer lined up if I need it. Thanks.

George Paiva, yes - I'm a member of CTREIA and attend fairly regularly. The best part, imho, is at the beginning when they do a lot of networking and have people in the room figure out who's from where and then meet up to exchange cards. There are also some very good vendors we've met. The monthyl speakers tend to be guru-heavy, but even still we've gotten a lot of good tips and have attended a few events that we found quite useful.

Sorry to everyone else here for a little off-topic stuff! Glad to see all this CT chatter, though. :-) (Raymond B., who I met at CTREIA, told me about Bigger Pockets, btw - and I'm forever grateful!)
