I have 10 other houses from different PM companies and while they all seem to charge a premium they do provide a premium when it comes to the actual "management" part of PM.

Those highlight reels rarely show the hiccups, and from what I read in Forbes recently, a lot of seemingly ‘perfect’ deals are just good editing and timing.Before jumping in, I’d think about whether the deal has amoung enough cushion and what your backup plan is if the project drags on.

Mind you, with mortgage interest rates in the US being so much higher now (and seemingly for the foreseeable future), I wouldn't be surprised if LTRs in Europe would cash flow better than in the whole US nowadays (to be verified).This being said, I don't and would never invest in LT rentals outside of North America  as I wouldn't want to face unfavourable landlord/tenant laws as a foreigner.

You can always try local credit unions and local community banks, but it really seems tough, given the property price and low credit score.
