Need a Creative Lender
Good afternoon everyone, been a member for over a year now and got started in Real Estate because of Biggerpockets, this is my first post. I have a question maybe someone can guide me to the right source,
I have a client who's house I am buying, she is currently in foreclosure and refuses to rent. I looked around and found lenders that will do a day out of foreclosure up to 50%LTV down to a 500 credit score but the loan amount minimum must be 300k. Does anyone know a lender willing to lend on 40k with a day out of foreclousre up to 50%LTV with a low 500 credit score? Your input would be greatly apperciated. Have a blessed day.
