If this is a 1-4 family house that will be fully rented there are two ways companies insure them, in Personal insurance they use a Dwelling Fire form and in Commercial Insurance they use a Business-owners or Package policy. 

They have three packages and I was leaning toward the Gold one.

A PM that is that intimately involved with the total package of its clients will have knowledge of owners looking to get out, properties getting ready to hit the market, etc that the average PM may not know a whole lot about. 

I would like to go in looking like a professional with a package to covers all the requirements.
