Once you have them in person, it is our duty to explain our value proposition - marketing, resources, team structure, systems and processes etc.With respect to why they shouldn't sell on their own:- Zillow direct most traffic to Premiere Agents so the seller only gets a small percentage of interested buyer inquiries- They are only exposing their property to a small portion of the market- It takes TIME to do showings, market open houses, negotiate contracts, coordinate inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, etc.- Agents who list their property on MLS can expose the listing to other agents who are incentivized to bring forward a qualified buyer.

and that would be two hard inquiries on credit right ?

The Vrbo and Airbnb app do not cost any extra.I get a text message when there is an inquiry or instant bookings. 

I've had several inquiries when collecting application fees if I accept venmo or cash app which I do not.

I've also had another inquiry about it before AirBnB updated its extenuating circumstances policy.  

I don’t think I would even try to use Craigslist for my rentals in the City - too many tire kickers, crazy inquiries, spamsters/fraudsters.  

However, with this CV19, folks that have inquired are now holding off on booking, and the new inquiries have pretty much dried up.

Last week during rent applications i had over 80 inquiries and a dozen applicants. 3 i was really debating on who i was going to pick (nice problem to have) as they all had solid incomes and were families.

I don't even think the bank ran a credit check on me personally, didn't see any inquiries, and the loan never appeared on my credit report even though I personally guaranteed it.As other suggested, you're at a stage where you have to call around mortgage brokers, banker etc. to see what loans are out there.
